You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your parcel is on its way.<\/p>\n

Our warehouse is located in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland \u2013 so you don\u2019t have to worry about customs, import fees or long delivery times.<\/p>\n

Small Shipments<\/h3>\n

For small shipments such as individual tea packs, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 3.50<\/strong>. Once the contents become slightly heavier (from around 100 g), the order will be shipped as a parcel.<\/p>\n
