Located around 1,500 km off the European mainland, the Azores are home to Ch\u00e1 Gorreana, Europe’s oldest tea plantation. Since 1883, tea has been cultivated here without pesticides, surrounded by rolling green hills and the mild Atlantic climate.<\/p>\n

From the moment you arrive, the plantation’s long history is unmistakable. Visitors are welcome to walk through the tea fields, discover the historic machinery and learn how the tea is processed from leaf to finished product.<\/p>\n
