Only the tender bud and the first leaf of the tea plant are picked for this tea. This careful selection makes it a true rarity.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1604\">Origin &amp; uniqueness &#8211; Encosta de Bruma &#8211; Azores green tea<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1604\">The plants are almost always surrounded by mist. This protects the leaves from strong sunlight and helps preserve their delicate aroma.<br \/>\nHarvest takes place from late July to early August. During this time, rainfall, humidity and temperature are perfectly balanced. The result is a green tea with a distinctive lightness.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1939\">Taste &amp; character<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1939\">In the cup, Encosta de Bruma appears in a light golden colour. Its taste is fresh, elegant and gently sweet. It feels smooth and balanced without ever being overpowering.
