The blend includes orange and lemon peel, apple pieces, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, anise, juniper berries and vanilla pieces \u2013 a balanced mix for mulled wine or punch.<\/p>\n

\nUse 2\u20133 tbsp of spice mix with one bottle of red wine, maple syrup and rosemary. Heat gently (do not boil) and let it steep for 20 minutes. Strain and serve hot.<\/p>\n

\nCombine pear juice, spices, ginger and a little sweetener. Heat and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain and serve hot.<\/p>\n
