Cardamom pods \u2013 versatile spice for kitchen and tea<\/h3>\n

Cardamom is a popular and versatile spice used in kitchens around the world. It is suitable for both sweet and savoury dishes as well as for spice blends. It is also commonly used to flavour drinks such as coffee, hot milk or chai.<\/p>\n

To release the full aroma, lightly crush the pods before use.<\/p>\n

Cardamom has a unique aroma that is warm, slightly fruity and gently spicy. The pods can be crushed whole or ground into powder. Alternatively, only the seeds can be used depending on the recipe.<\/p>\n
