Assam brings body, depth and malty notes to the blend. Sumatra adds a spicy direction and rounds off the taste.<\/p>\n<h3>Taste of East Frisian Tea<\/h3>\n<p>The taste is strong, malty and full-bodied. The broken leaves release colour and intensity quickly during infusion. Broken tea usually infuses faster and more intensely than large-leaf tea. This creates an expressive cup with plenty of body.<\/p>\n<p>Assam tea is known for its fullness and malty direction. Sumatra tea adds a darker, spicy note. Together they create a broken blend with strong character and balanced taste.<\/p>\n<h3>East Frisian preparation with rock sugar and cream<\/h3>\n<p>East Frisian Tea is traditionally served with rock sugar and cream. First, place rock sugar in the cup, pour the hot tea over it and then carefully add a little cream. This creates the typical light cream cloud in the cup.<\/p>\n<p>You can also drink the tea pure. Without cream and rock sugar, the strong black tea base is especially clear. Rock sugar makes the malty note softer, while cream gives the taste a rounder feel.<\/p>\n<h3>Preparation of East Frisian Tea<\/h3>\n<p>For preparation, use about one teaspoon of tea per cup or around twelve grams per litre of water.
