Our Pineapple Pieces<\/strong> from Thailand bring a tropical, fruity-sweet note to tea, your own tea blends, muesli, yoghurt, desserts and baking recipes. The pineapple is dried and lightly sweetened, which brings out its sweet, exotic aroma especially well.<\/p>\n

The dried pineapple pieces have a soft, slightly chewy texture and an intense fruit taste. They are suitable as a fruity ingredient for fruit tea, as a sweet component in creative tea blends or as an addition to various recipes.<\/p>\n

Pineapple pieces for tea and fruit tea blends<\/h3>\n

In tea blends, pineapple pieces add a tropical, fruity-sweet note. They are a good choice if you want to make your own blends more exotic and rounded \u2013 for example with apple pieces, hibiscus, rosehip, mango, papaya, coconut, citrus fruits or mild herbs.<\/p>\n

You can infuse the pineapple pieces on their own as pineapple tea or combine them with other fruits and herbs. For a more intense aroma, you can briefly soak the pieces before brewing.<\/p>\n

    How to prepare pineapple tea<\/h3>\n

    For a fruity pineapple tea, use 1\u20132 heaped teaspoons of pineapple pieces per 250 ml of water. Pour boiling water at 100 \u00b0C over the pieces and let the infusion steep for 10\u201315 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the more intense the fruity note.<\/p>\n

    The infusion also tastes pleasantly fruity when served cold. Prepare it a little stronger, let it cool and serve it with ice cubes or combine it with other fruits.<\/p>\n
