Ayurveda Kapha tea – fresh, spicy and aromatic
The Ayurveda Kapha tea is a spiced herbal blend inspired by Ayurvedic principles. It combines fresh citrus notes with warming spices to create a lively and balanced taste.
This blend brings together ginger, lemongrass and liquorice root as a warming base. Anise, cinnamon and cardamom add depth, while lemon verbena, lemon oil and coriander introduce a fresh, citrusy note. Black pepper completes the blend with a subtle spiciness.
The result is a fresh and spicy infusion, without added sugar or artificial flavouring.

Preparation
Use about 2 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) per 200 ml of water. Pour boiling water (100 °C) over the blend and let it steep for 7–10 minutes.
