Shipping
At TeaSense, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent and fair – from checkout to your tea cup.
Your order is packed with great care and shipped within 2 to 3 business days via Swiss Post.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Our warehouse is located in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland – so you don’t have to worry about customs, import fees or long delivery times.
Small Shipments
For small shipments such as individual tea packs, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 3.50. Once the contents become slightly heavier (from around 100 g), the order will be shipped as a parcel.
Parcel Shipping
A flat shipping fee of CHF 7.50 applies.
The actual cost for parcel shipping is at least CHF 9.00 – we cover CHF 1.50 of the cost to offer you a fair and simple shipping rate.
Local Pickup
If you live near Kreuzlingen, you are also welcome to pick up your order free of charge. Simply select “Pickup Kreuzlingen” during checkout – we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Exceptions confirm the rule.
Tea Subscription
As a rule, we create the voucher within 24 hours. So if you need a last-minute gift, we can send the voucher to you by email and the first Tea Subscription delivery will take place at a later date. After all, anticipation is the greatest joy. 
Christmas Gifts
Christmas comes at the same time every year – and somehow still arrives unexpectedly. 
If you are looking for a suitable gift for customers or employees, feel free to contact us. We are happy to support you with ideas or larger quantities of tea that you can package yourself in your own bags. Together, we’ll find a suitable solution.
Payment Options
You can choose from several simple and secure payment methods:
Bank Transfer
After placing your order, you will receive our bank details by email. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment has been received.
Credit Card
All common credit and debit cards with secure online payment are accepted.
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Displayed directly at checkout depending on your device and browser.
Twint
Fast & convenient with your smartphone – ideal for anyone who likes things simple.
