What durations are possible?
There is no minimum or maximum term.
How many teas do I receive per month?
You will receive two different types of tea in your tea box every month. The selection is based either on your stated preferences – or we surprise you with a seasonally matched blend. Every delivery is lovingly put together and offers you new moments of indulgence.
Do I need to observe a notice period?
No, the subscription expires after the desired term.
It is not automatically renewed, so no cancellation is necessary.
Do I receive a voucher if I give it as a gift?
Yes, we don’t want you to be left empty-handed. We will send you a digital voucher by email, showing your name and the recipient’s name. Please let us know if it is a gift from several people, e.g., the Miller family, so we can indicate this on the voucher accordingly.
How quickly will I receive the voucher for the recipient?
Usually within 24 hours by email. During holidays or to be sure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Where do I enter the recipient's address?
If you order the tea subscription as a gift, please provide a different delivery address at checkout – i.e., the recipient’s address.

Can I choose my delivery date flexibly?
Yes, you can specify the desired start delivery date after your order. We will adapt to your schedule and ensure that your tea box arrives on time. However, the first delivery must take place no later than six months after purchase. If you would like to change the delivery, just let us know.
