Apple, ginger and cinnamon as an autumn combination
Apple, ginger and cinnamon work especially well together because they combine fruit, spice and warmth. Apple adds a mild fruit note, while ginger brings a gentle spicy edge. Cinnamon gives the blend a warm and aromatic direction.
Rosehip and hibiscus support the fruity side of the mixture. Lemon peel adds a bright, lightly zesty note. In addition, peppermint and verbena bring a fine herbal freshness without covering the fruit and spice notes.
Preparation of autumn tea
For preparation, use about twelve to fifteen grams of the blend per litre of water. Pour boiling hot water over the tea and let it steep for several minutes. This allows apple, ginger, cinnamon, rosehip and hibiscus to develop well.
If you prefer a stronger taste, you can extend the steeping time slightly. For a lighter cup, use a little less tea or shorten the steeping time. Afterwards, strain the tea so the infusion remains clear and balanced.

Storage
To preserve scent, colour and aroma, store this autumn tea in a dry, cool and well-sealed place. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and strong surrounding odours because fruits, herbs and spices can easily absorb smells. This keeps the blend aromatic and fruity-spicy in taste.
