Harmony herbal tea taste
Harmony herbal tea tastes mild, rounded and herbal, with a light fruit note and fine spice. The rosehip shells give the tea a subtle fruity component, while anise and fennel add a pleasant sweet-spicy depth.
Green mate gives the blend a clear, slightly tart herbal character. This makes the tea versatile and a good choice if you are looking for a herbal blend that is neither too sweet nor too strong.
Herbal blend with mate
Mate is a traditional tea plant from South America and brings its own slightly tart note to this blend. Together with berry leaves, rosehip, anise and fennel, it creates a balanced herbal tea with a natural character.
You can drink Harmony pure or round it off with a little rock sugar. It is also suitable as a cold herbal tea: prepare the infusion a little stronger, let it cool and serve it with ice cubes.
How to prepare Harmony herbal tea with mate
For one cup, use 1–2 heaped teaspoons, approx. 2 g, per 200 ml of water. Pour boiling water at 100 °C over the herbal blend and let the tea steep for 6–10 minutes. Then strain the herbs.
For a milder infusion, you can shorten the steeping time slightly. If you prefer a more intense taste, let the tea steep longer or use a little more tea.
