Herbal tea blend – mild, aromatic and balanced

This herbal tea blend combines carefully selected ingredients into a harmonious and well-rounded infusion. Warm, slightly spiced notes meet gentle freshness, creating a pleasant and versatile tea.

Fenugreek seeds form the base of this blend. Fennel, anise and caraway add depth, while lemon balm and lemongrass bring a light, citrusy freshness. A touch of lavender rounds off the blend with a soft floral note.

Preparation

Use 1–2 teaspoons (approx. 2 g) per 200 ml of water. Pour hot water at around 90 °C and let steep for 8–10 minutes.
