Premium Matcha from Japan
Our Matcha Vivant comes from the first harvest of 2025 in Hamakita (Shizuoka), Japan. It offers a rich umami flavour with a balanced combination of sweet, fresh and slightly spicy notes. Its vibrant green colour and intense aroma reflect its high quality.
Taste and preparation
Matcha Vivant delights with sweet, lightly spicy and pleasantly umami-rich notes. It is ideal for traditional preparation with water, as a Matcha Latte or for creative recipes.
For one cup, use half a teaspoon of matcha mixed with 75–125 ml of water at 60–70 °C. A bamboo whisk (chasen) or a small milk frother helps create a smooth texture.
Storage and accessories
To help preserve the aroma, you can optionally add our practical matcha tin. We also offer suitable accessories – from bamboo spoons to whisks – for traditional matcha preparation.

Matcha Vivant is available in two sizes:

- 100 g – suitable for those who enjoy preparing matcha regularly

Origin
Matcha Vivant comes from Shizuoka, Japan. The Saemidori and Yabukita cultivars are carefully stone-ground on granite mills, creating a fine texture and balanced flavour.
