Ingredients and preparation
Ingredients: Raspberry leaves, fennel, rosehip peel, apple pieces, aniseed, blackberry leaves, strawberry leaves, ribwort plantain, peppermint, sunflower blossoms, marigold blossoms, elderflowers, lemon balm, rose petals, wool flowers, orange peel, cinnamon bark, cloves, ginger pieces, cinnamon sticks.
Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and allow it to steep for 6–8 minutes. This allows the herbs, flowers, fruits and spices to develop their full flavour.
