It’s simple and flexible. Here’s how it works:
1. Choose the duration
Choose your desired duration by selecting the number of months.
2. Tell us your preferences at checkout
Please provide the following information in the comments field at checkout:
- desired start delivery date
- your tea preferences (e.g. herbal tea, fruit tea, no black tea, etc.)
- possible allergies or intolerances
This way we can perfectly tailor your subscription to you from the start.
Gift a tea subscription 🎁
Want to gift a tea subscription?
No problem – simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address.
In the comments field at checkout you can additionally note:
- that it’s a gift
- whether we may include a personal greeting message (please provide text)
- when the subscription should start
We take care of the rest – carefully packaged and delivered on time.
Monthly tea delivery – tailored to your taste
Every month you (or the recipient) receive two different tea varieties – always without artificial flavouring and selected with great care.
If you share your preferences with us, we’ll naturally take them into account.
If you don’t share preferences, we’ll surprise you with a fine selection from our range.
Examples:
“I mainly drink herbal tea, no black tea please.” – “Just surprise me – as long as it’s not peppermint.”
Tea subscription as a mystery box
You can freely decide whether to share preferences with us or let yourself be completely surprised. We’ll naturally always take allergies or things you don’t like into account.
Duration of your tea subscription
Found your favorite teas and no longer need a subscription? No problem – the subscription automatically ends after your chosen duration.
No cancellation required. If you want to continue afterwards, you can simply order a new subscription – completely uncomplicated.
