What is our exact delivery area?

We deliver reliably to all parts of Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. This means that regardless of your location in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, you can shop conveniently with us and receive your tea blends, tea accessories, and gift ideas quickly.
Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times for an online shop order?

Shipping costs in our online shop are based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We want to offer you the best prices, so we have set the following rates for you:

  • Small consignments: CHF 3.50
  • Parcels: CHF 9.00 (Currently only CHF 7.50)

To ensure you receive your order quickly, we ship via standard B-Post. Usually, you can expect your delivery within 2 – 4 days. Shipping preparation takes place after receipt of payment (prepayment).

Our shipments are CO2-neutral, which helps us reduce our ecological footprint.

Pickup:
If you prefer to pick up the order yourself, this is possible free of charge at our warehouse in 8280 Kreuzlingen. Please note that prepayment is also required here. Pickup can be selected at checkout.

What is the tea subscription and how does it work?

Our Tea Subscription is the perfect service for everyone who wants to enjoy loose tea regularly without having to place a new order every time. You choose your favorite flavor profile and we deliver two different teas directly to your home every month.

What are the opening hours?

Access to our online shop is possible around the clock (24/7) – you can shop at any time. However, our service agent is only available between 11 AM and 8 PM to answer inquiries and help you with your orders. Don’t hesitate to contact us during these times!

Do you sell organic tea?

Currently, we are not organic certified, so we are not allowed to label our teas as organic. But don’t worry: our tea blends are made from high-quality ingredients and without artificial additives, so you can be sure you are receiving a product of the best quality.

Why are there no health-related claims on your site?

We often receive inquiries about the specific effects of our products, especially how they can help with certain needs. Unfortunately, due to legal regulations, we are not authorized to make direct health-related claims.
We recommend consulting external sources – many reputable websites and scientific books offer well-founded information. For specific health concerns, it is advisable to consult a doctor or a naturopath.

Are all products vegan?

Yes, all products in our online shop are vegan, meaning they contain no animal products and are lactose-free and dairy-free. So you can shop without hesitation if you prefer a plant-based diet.

Are all products gluten-free?

All our products are naturally gluten-free. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that we cannot completely rule out possible contamination from other ingredients. However, we label all products that are explicitly suitable as gluten-free so that you can be sure.
If you are unsure about a product, please feel free to contact us before purchasing. We will be happy to help you with any information.

How are the products packaged?

Our teas are packed in eco-friendly doypacks. This packaging is not only food-safe but also more environmentally friendly than conventional packaging. For tea blends containing essential oils, we mostly use kraft paper block bottom bags, as doypacks are not suitable for such products.
The shipping packaging varies depending on the order and availability. Our goal is to ship as ecologically and economically as possible. If you need special packaging for a specific occasion, just contact us.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer several convenient options for payment:

  • Credit card
  • TWINT via the third-party provider zahls.ch
  • Prepayment (transfer to our bank account)

Please note that shipping only takes place after receipt of payment. We do not accept payment upon pickup.

Is there a customer account?

You have the option to create a customer account with us, but it is not mandatory to shop with us. The customer account offers many advantages, such as easily managing your orders, saving your delivery and billing addresses, and avoiding re-entering your data for every order. It also ensures that you can track the status of your order at any time.

Are there gift vouchers?

Yes, you can buy digital gift vouchers directly in our online shop. However, if you would like a physical voucher or have special requests, please contact us by email or via the contact form. We will be happy to take care of it!

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, returns are not possible.
