Our Brown Rock Sugar is an aromatic rock sugar with a fine caramel note. Thanks to its small crystal size, it dissolves faster than larger rock sugar pieces and is well suited for sweetening tea, coffee and other hot drinks.

The brown rock sugar gets its golden-brown to dark colour through caramelisation. This creates its warm, slightly malty taste, which pairs especially well with black tea, herbal tea, chai, punch or mulled wine. You can also use it in desserts and baked goods.
