This orthodox tea comes from the Kenyan highlands and is produced in the renowned Marinyn garden at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Only around 5% of Kenyan teas are produced using the orthodox method, while the majority is manufactured using the CTC process.

Preparation Black Tea Kenya GFOP Marinyn

For one cup (200 ml), use about one teaspoon of tea and pour over boiling water (100 °C). Let it steep for 3 minutes to develop its full, rich flavour. For a milder taste, reduce the steeping time slightly. Enjoy it plain, with a splash of milk or a piece of cane sugar.
