Description
Mango Pieces – dried mango for tea, muesli and kitchen
Our Mango Pieces from Thailand bring a tropical, fruity-sweet note to tea, your own tea blends, muesli, yoghurt, desserts and baking recipes. The mango is dried and lightly sweetened, which brings out its exotic aroma especially well.
The dried mango pieces have a pleasantly soft, slightly chewy texture and an intense fruit taste. They are suitable as an ingredient for fruit tea, as a tropical component in your own tea blends or as an addition to various recipes.
Mango pieces for tea and fruit tea blends
In tea blends, mango pieces add a sweet, tropical-fruity note. They are a good choice if you want to make your own blends more exotic and rounded – for example with apple pieces, hibiscus, rosehip, pineapple, papaya, coconut, citrus fruits or mild herbs.
You can infuse the mango pieces on their own as mango tea or combine them with other fruits and herbs. For a more intense aroma, you can briefly soak the pieces before brewing.
Taste and use
Mango pieces taste fruity-sweet, tropical and slightly tangy. Thanks to the light sweetening, the taste stays round, without artificial flavours or colourings.
Besides tea, dried mango pieces also work well in muesli, yoghurt, smoothies, desserts, pastries, bowls or as a fruity component in curry, chutney and Asian-inspired dishes.
Why our mango pieces?

How to prepare mango tea
For a fruity mango tea, use 1–2 heaped teaspoons of mango pieces per 250 ml of water. Pour boiling water at 100 °C over the pieces and let the infusion steep for 10–15 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the more intense the fruity note.
The infusion also tastes pleasantly fruity when served cold. Prepare it a little stronger, let it cool and serve it with ice cubes or combine it with other fruits.
Storage
To preserve the texture and aroma of the mango pieces, store them in a dry, airtight container and keep them away from light. Also protect them from moisture and strongly scented foods.
