Hand-rolled jasmine green tea pearls
Jasmine Dragon Pearls are a true speciality. Only the finest young green tea leaves are used, carefully hand-picked and scented with fresh jasmine blossoms over several days. The leaves are then gently rolled into small pearls. When infused, the pearls slowly unfold in the water, releasing their delicate floral aroma. A tea that is both a visual and sensory experience.
Origin Jasmine Dragon Pearls
These jasmine pearls come from the southern Chinese province of Fujian, a region with a long tradition of tea production. The mild climate and mountainous landscape provide ideal conditions for producing high-quality green teas that harmonise perfectly with jasmine blossoms. The leaves are traditionally scented multiple times, resulting in an intense yet natural jasmine flavour.
Preparation Jasmine Dragon Pearls
Use about 12â15 g per litre of water. Pour hot water (70â80 °C) over the pearls and let them steep for 2â3 minutes. The pearls can be infused several times, revealing new flavour nuances with each infusion.
