How does the subscription work?
Choose how many months you want to receive tea (minimum 1 month). Tell us your taste preferences or be surprised each month with a special selection.
Can I choose my flavours?
Yes! You can choose from spicy, fresh, floral, or mild teas. If you’re unsure, let yourself be surprised by a personalised selection.
How many blends are included each month?
Each month, you will receive 2 natural tea blends, made only from natural ingredients.
Can I give the subscription as a gift?
Of course! During checkout, use the “Notes” field to indicate that it’s a gift. You will receive a personalised e-voucher that can be printed or sent directly.
When will I receive my first box?
You choose the start date of your subscription. Shipping occurs each month around the same date.
What is the subscription duration?
The subscription is set during checkout (minimum 1 month). It lasts exactly the period you chose and ends automatically – no automatic renewal.
How do I cancel?
No need to cancel! The subscription stops automatically at the end of the chosen period – with no automatic renewal.
