Chai spice blend – aromatic mix for spiced chai
Our chai spice blend combines traditional spices into a balanced composition that defines classic chai. Fennel, cinnamon, anise, ginger, liquorice root, cloves and cardamom create an intense, warming flavour with subtle natural sweetness.
This blend is ideal for preparing chai with water or milk. The combination of spices results in a full and well-rounded taste, perfect for cosy tea moments.
For a classic preparation, use 15–20 g of spice blend per litre of water. Pour boiling water (100 °C) over it and let steep for 7–10 minutes. For a milder and creamier version, simmer the mixture with milk or plant-based alternatives.
