Preparation Christmas Black Tea
Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of tea per cup or teapot and pour over water at 90–100 °C.
Allow the tea to steep for around 3 minutes so the aromas can fully develop.
Optionally sweeten with rock sugar or molasses and garnish with cinnamon sticks or orange slices.
