Superfoods

The range of superfoods is enormous, extending from local fruits to vegetables. Each superfood is distinguished by unique benefits. To reap the benefits of superfoods, there are various ways to incorporate them into your diet. For example, you can enjoy them in smoothies, salads, or as a snack. Many superfoods are also available in powder form, making them even easier to consume.

It’s often mistakenly assumed that such foods don’t grow in Central Europe but only come from distant regions. However, valuable superfoods can also be found right on our doorstep: parsley, nettle, oregano, and dandelion, for example. Superfoods are found in all climate zones!

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) grows and blooms almost everywhere in meadows. You can prepare a soothing tea from it and use it to create delicious dishes. Matcha can also be considered a superfood.
