Use 1–2 heaped teaspoons of tea per 200 ml of water. The water should be approximately 75–80 °C. Leave the tea to steep for 2–3 minutes.

For a milder flavour, shorten the steeping time slightly. For a more intense cup, simply use a little more tea.
